HOW YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED
When you submit an order, it is transmitted securely to our office in an encrypted format. For further information, please contact Customer Service at (800) 468-4332 or via email at orders@halo.com.


ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation within 24 hours.


CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
To change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at (800) 468-4332 immediately as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.


PAYMENT
Orders can be placed by one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER.


SHIPPING
Standard domestic delivery is via UPS Ground. All U.S. inventory orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of order receipt (this does not include actual shipping time). Possible exceptions may occur due to backorders, etc... Inventoried products should arrive within 3-6 business days.


SALES TAX
HALO Branded Solutions is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.


RETURN POLICY
Please contact us at 800-468-4332 to advise on the reason for the return. Merchandise must be returned within 60 days and in the original condition in which it was received. HALO cannot accept returns on custom manufactured items: uniform items, rings, Forget-Me-Not fundraising supplies, engraved items, or personalized banners and flags. All returns must be approved by our HALO Customer Service Team. Please have your order # ready.
