Will I receive an order acknowledgement?

How can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at (888)251.9883 as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.
How can I ship my order?
Standard domestic delivery is via UPS Ground. UPS Next Day and UPS Second Day are also available for domestic orders.
All U.S. inventory orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order receipt (this does not include actual shipping time). Possible exceptions may occur due to back orders, etc. Inventoried products should arrive within 3-6 business days. Please allow up to 15 days production time with additional time for shipping of drop ship products.
Can I Ship my order to an international location?
Any International orders will be shipped via the best method for the specified destination. The buyer will be charged actual freight charge as well as duties and taxes. Any applicable handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact Customer Service at (888)251.9883 for international delivery assistance.
How can I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid by credit card. Please note that your credit card will be authorized at the time your order is placed for 10% above your subtotal. Once your order ships and the invoice is produced, your credit card will be charged for the exact amount of your invoice including tax and freight and the authorization will drop off.
Will I Be Charged Sales Tax On My Order?
HALO is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.
