CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately, as there may be a chance that we have already processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.

Orders can be placed by using one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Credit Card orders must include the following information:
All shipments will be charged actual freight and will be routed via UPS ground service. Any expedited orders requesting shipment method other than UPS ground service will be charged actual freight. Please note that additional charges may apply. HALO Branded Solutions is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.
All U.S. inventory orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order receipt (this does not include actual shipping time). Possible exceptions may occur due to backorders, etc.
International orders will be shipped via the best method for your country and will be charged based on actual freight costs. In addition, taxes and duties are also the responsibility of the customer. Expedited shipping is not offered for International Orders. All orders shipping outside the Continental United States will be charged a $15.00 handling fee.

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied due to poor quality, we will replace your order. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that is delivered as ordered and is free from defects in the quality and workmanship of the customization.
Please contact our Customer Service Team at (800) 468-4332 to advise them of your return and have your Sales Order number ready for reference. Merchandise cannot be returned without HALO Branded Solutions' consent. All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
