This website provides a convenient and easy-to-use portal for NASW members to order promotional merchandise.

Who is Lee Wayne Corporation and what is the relationship with Goldman Promotions?


Lee Wayne Corporation is a full service promotional products and services company.  Lee Wayne Corporation has been a leader in promotional products for more than 50 years.  NASW chose to partner with Goldman Promotions which is now an affiliate of Lee Wayne Corporation, for the NASW merchandise program due, in part, to Goldman Promotions' 40-year history of creativity and service.  Centrally located in Sterling, Illinois, Lee Wayne has geographic representation in each of the 50 states and can be reached at 800-468-4332 (toll free).  Just ask for the NASW Customer Service Team.

How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?

Shop with just a click of a mouse as your shipping and billing information is encrypted and stored in your account (which you can amend as needed). Check the status of your order and track it via a UPS link.

  • View your order history, a detailed list of each order you have placed with us
  • Print and reprint receipts from previous orders   

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Most e-mail receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your confirmation email, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting Lee Wayne Corporation.

How do I pay for my order?

As the administrator for your department you have been assigned a user name and password for this site. Your orders will be tracked via password and user name for each purchase. Your cost center will be allocated based on your purchases.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Unless you specify otherwise, the order will be shipped via UPS ground. Please allow 4-5 days for delivery after production of your order. Rush services are available. Please specify two-day or overnight shipping services when you place your order.

How do I change or cancel an order?

You can make changes to your order or abandon the ordering process at any time before hitting the "Process Order" button. Once you've hit the "Process Order" button, you cannot amend your order, so give us a call right away to make any changes. If you have questions about an order please contact the NASW Customer Service Team at 800-468-4332 or email at lw.orders@leewayne.com.  Be sure to have your web order number ready.

Return Policy

Inventory Items

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied due to poor quality, we will replace your order. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that is delivered as ordered and is free from defects in the quality and workmanship of the customization.

Please contact our customer service team at 800-468-4332 to advise them of your return and have your Sales Order number ready for reference.  Merchandise cannot be returned without Lee Wayne Corporation's consent. All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.

Custom Orders

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Custom Order merchandise.
